The value chalet included everything i needed for my brief stay. the staff members were all very friendly. They were willing to help in any way. the pizzas from the café were excellent.

the chalet felt noticeably smaller compared to the silver chalet i had stayed in previously.

poor wifiroundabout noise

the wifi signal was poor even with full bars it barely worked and frequently disconnected reception told me they had not received similar reports i found this disappointing i contacted the wifi supplier by email their responses were quick but ineffective the caravan's location near the roundabout also resulted in noise from cars and people

The caravan included a combo microwave and a dishwasher. That was very useful. a complimentary basket contained cookies, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk for our arrival. It was a nice touch. a tea towel, dish cloth, washing up liquid, sponge, and a dishwasher tablet were also provided. It made settling in much easier. the site looked lovely and clean, offering a pleasant environment.

i found the program did not reflect the actual events planned.

the location and park were very good. accommodation was clean and roomy. i was impressed with the staff because they were polite and happy. nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.

the children's park had some broken support chains on the climbing equipment. some spinning seats were also broken. only a slide was available for the little ones to play on.

the on site shop had limited options, it is important to note. a tesco is a short drive away if more options are desired. the food at chefs corner was amazing especially the pizza

the bronze chalet was just right for my family of three. if you're big people you may want more room, especially in the kids room. there was a hairdryer in the accommodation and it has all the basics.
